Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from Sai Cab on WhatsApp, SMS or call. Fares shown on the website are estimates based on distance and cab type.
Fares and charges
Outstation trips are charged per km with a minimum of 250 km per day, plus a driver allowance of ₹300 per day. One-way trips have a minimum of 100 km. Tolls, parking, state entry tax and airport fees are paid at actuals.
Night charges
Driving between 10 pm and 6 am may attract a night charge, which is shared before confirmation.
Passenger conduct
Smoking, alcohol and illegal items are not allowed in the cab. The driver may end the trip if passengers behave unsafely.
Damage and loss
Passengers are responsible for damage they cause to the vehicle. Sai Cab is not responsible for personal items left in the cab, though we will try to return them.
Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or breakdowns, but we will arrange a replacement cab where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ahmedabad having jurisdiction.
