Free cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 6 hours before your pickup time.
Late cancellation
Cancellations within 6 hours of pickup may be charged up to ₹300 for city rides and up to one day's minimum fare for outstation trips.
No show
If the passenger does not arrive within 45 minutes of pickup time and cannot be reached, the booking is treated as a no show and charged as a late cancellation.
Refunds
Advances are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after deducting any applicable cancellation charge.
If we cancel
If we can't provide a cab, we refund the full advance or arrange an alternative at the same fare.
